Systemaire has just won the tender for high efficiency fans on this Green Star building in Perth. There were very strict requirements for the fans to meet the energy efficiency performance criteria.

Multiplex is to build the 46-storey City Square tower block that will dominate the Perth skyline and become the new home of BHP Billiton.

The total cost of the refurbishment and the new BHP Billiton tower behind it is reputed to be $500 million. BHP Billiton will lease 60,000sqm of the 71,000sqm available office floor space. There will also be 4,300m2 retail/dining space.
